A new residential condominium tower now under construction in Mandaluyong will open the door to a special kind of space – one’s own home in the middle of bustling Metro Manila.
That new vertical community is named “Urban Deca Towers EDSA” and it offers what the company calls the “micro-living condominium” with units from 13.06 sqm geared for the single, middle-class, upwardly-mobile professional and college students.
The president and CEO of 8990 Holdings Inc., Jesus Atencio, said that the company’s aim is to address the needs of those who commute daily for many hours just to get to Metro Manila. The units can become a weekday halfway house or a private dwelling unit also for those who used to share an apartment or live in dormitories.
“We provide a convenient living at the price you can afford,” Atencio added.
The 8990 Housing Development Corporation, the developer of the project, recently appointed Megawide Construction Corporation as official contractor of Urban Deca Tower.
Towering 42 stories-high on Libertad, Mandaluyong City, the Urban Deca Towers will house 1,148 condominium units and mixed-use commercial spaces for a convenience store, laundry facility, gym and restaurants. Large common spaces for lounging or entertaining friends are available.
The units are also available as a “living package” with an air-conditioning unit, microwave oven, bed, cabinets, and dinette for two. The condominium, which will be serviced by four high-speed elevators, will have 24-hour security and CCTV cameras. Parking spaces are available in the four-level basement parking with 156 slots.
The project completion is scheduled by the third quarter of 2017. It is at 69 Sierra Madre St., Barangay Highway Hills, Mandaluyong City.
