Departments

Architects in Business Planning and Development are tasked with potential and current client relations. The department’s activities extend across pre-design services and business marketing, entailing to opportunities for the company’s growth.

The Department in-charge of project design and development. Teams of architects work on the project phases of programming and conceptual design up to the design development phase.

Architects and designers in the department work closely with Planning and Design. They are tasked with the massing and overall aesthetic and presentation of the building exteriors with the help of the latest software.

Interior designers work hand-in-hand with architects to create spaces that result in healthy and human-centered aesthetics

The landscape department specializes in enhancing the human experience with the natural environment. The architects design, analyze, inspect, and oversee developments of land areas including, but not limited to, gardens and recreational spaces in any project scale.

Architects in documentation are responsible in the preparation and checking of drawings for project documentation, bidding up to the construction phase. It includes coordination and meetings to provide solutions to problems encountered in during construction.

BIM Architects create holistic 3D building models alongside the documentation department and consultants to consolidate architectural and engineering designs prior to construction.

Architects from Specification assist teams in determining material and contract requirements for architectural projects to provide bases for design and ensure its appropriateness to the project. The department conduct intensive product research on manufacturers and suppliers, and schedule product presentations.

HR professionals lead the delivery of key processes including recruitment, performance management, training & development, and advisory & support. The department works to understand the business environment and formulate and drive management solutions to address business objectives and goals.

The department performs general administrative and support duties to achieve business objectives and goals. Work with teams, oversee the day-to-day operations within the company, coordinate with departments and engage in planning according to the needs and requirements of the company.
