La Nobleza Terrazas is one of ECT+A’s most elaborately ornamented buildings. It showcases the capital city of Manila as a historical and classical city of Southeast Asia’s Pearl of the Orient.
Its name, La Nobleza, which translates to the nobility, aligns with the intended design of the project. La Nobleza has distinctive architectural design and lavish ornaments—truly reminiscent of how buildings were designed during the Spanish-era of Manila. With Manila bay serving as the backdrop, La Nobleza offers a great view of a breathtaking sunset.
A mix of elements of old manila buildings and present-day theme and materials, La Nobleza Terrazas is a head-turner with its rich details and the nostalgia it creates.
