Project Title: The Hive
High-Rise Residential
Location: Ortigas Avenue Extension, Taytay, Rizal
The hive is a high-rise residential development in Taytay, Rizal. It comprises of 4 residential buildings, an elevated central park, sunken parking and driveway, and a clubhouse situated in the park with amenities.
The project’s design and its master planning are inspired by the concept of the beehive.
As on a beehive, where the upper cells are allotted for the storage of honey and pollen and the lower cells are where activities take place, likewise in this residential development.
The upper part, the residential towers, are dedicated for users to rest and reside after a hard day’s work while the lower part of the central park, is for the main activity area. Having this as the primal idea, the project then aptly named “the hive”.
