Strategically located at P. Tuazon Blvd in Cubao, Porto Vita is at the forefront of Cubao’s restoration. Being close to modes of transportation, malls, hotels, and businesses, Porto Vita ensures a contemporary city life.
The Mediterranean-inspired mixed-use condominium stands at 26-storeys. It comprises of two towers which are connected by the 6 level podium consisting of commercial spaces, parking, and amenities. At the top of the podium is the recreational deck that connects residents of the condominium with a swimming pool, gazebos, playground, gym, spa, and function rooms.
